1. All clients have to fill out and complete a Rental application.
2. Background check is run for listed drivers.
   
3. A 50% Non-refundable deposit due to reserve cars.
4. Agree to Terms and Conditions.
   

  No one under the age of 25 years old is allowed to operate any Skyview Exotic Car Rental, LLC vehicle.  There will be a $1,000.00 penalty for any violation. 

 All Renters must be covered by their own liability and physical damage policies. This must be verified with their insurance company before renting.

In the case that renters do not have coverage we can offer other options for coverage, please call us for more information.

 Customer assumes all responsibilities for any and all damages on any vehicles rented from Skyview Exotic Car Rental, LLC no matter how the damage occurs.  The insurance protection for the temporary substitute automobile is to be provided by the customer’s existing insurance.  If full coverage is needed, please speak with a Skyview Representative.

 50% Non-refundable deposits to reserve exotic cars. If a cash deposit is accepted for rental deposit, refunds will be out via check, five business days upon conclusion of rental; NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you do not want to wait for a refund check, please present rental deposit in the form of a major credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

 The renter will lose his/her deposit without a 72 hour cancellation notice. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

 You can add a additional driver for only $100 dollars extra. You cannot have more than two drivers. If someone is caught without their name on the contract the car will show as stolen.

 Unless Specifically noted please return vehicles within normal business hours.
Sunday drop off requires an appointment only.  Please call: 407-579-4253 first. There will be a $75.00 fee for any vehicle dropped off or picked up on Sunday.

 All rental extensions must be approved by a Skyview Exotic Car Rental, LLC representative. Any vehicle overdue by 24 hours without Skyview Exotic Car Rental, LLC’s prior approval will automatically be reported as stolen and will prosecute to the fullest of the law.  We will use any and all means necessary to retrieve the vehicle.

 Customer is responsible for all wheel and tire damage not previously listed on rental agreements.  That includes all flat, punctured, or damaged tires.

 No smoking in any Skyview Exotic Car Rental, LLC vehicles.  There will be a $250.00 charge for any evidence of smoking, food stains, or coffee stains.
